International ordering
All of our prices are in UK pounds sterling. If you need to convert prices to your own currency, please use this currency conversion website.
We post worldwide, wherever you are! All the details are below. Please do contact us if you have any trouble ordering.
Our postage options
We post all orders placed before 10am the same day (except name necklaces, which take two weeks to make). And we post worldwide!
In the UK
There are two postage options:
First Class Recorded Post costs £2.50. Your order should arrive within 2 working days of being posted, although unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery dates.
If you need your item for a specific date, e.g. Valentines Day or a birthday, we strongly recommend that you choose Next Day Delivery. This costs £5. Your order will arrive within 1 working day of being posted.
Orders over £100 are posted free by Next Day Delivery.
In Europe
We use International Recorded post, which costs £5. Your order should arrive within four working days of being posted, although unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery dates.
Orders over £100 are posted free by International Recorded post.
Worldwide
We use International Recorded post, which costs £7. Your order should arrive within five working days of being posted, although unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery dates.
Orders over £100 are posted free by International Recorded post.
More options
If you'd prefer us to send your order by non-recorded first class post, wherever you are in the world, please say so in the comments box when you check out (postage cost is the same). If you choose to do this we can't be held responsible for missing parcels, so think carefully!
Please note we can't deliver to PO Box addresses.
Giftwrapping
Everything we send out is beautifully boxed and wrapped. Jewellery comes individually boxed in Tatty Devine jewellery boxes, wrapped in our special pink Tatty Devine tissue paper, and sealed with Tatty Devine stickers! Items too large to be boxed are wrapped in the tissue paper and stickers.
If you need to be able to tell what's in the wrapped boxes, please put a note in the comments box when you check out. We'll mark discreetly on the outside of each box what is inside!

Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived, please email us at care@tattydevine.com, or phone us on 020 7739 9009. Tell us your order number and we'll track your parcel via the Royal Mail website and let you know the tracking number too. Please allow a reasonable time for your order to arrive before contacting us, and remember it takes two weeks for us to make a name necklace!

Paying online
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and Visa Delta. If you wish to pay using a different card, or your card isn't working on our site, please email us at care@tattydevine.com, or phone us on 020 7739 9009.
Our site is fully secure - we use a leading card processing company and your card details are never visible to a human being.

By cheque
Please make your cheque payable to Tatty Devine Ltd, and include postage costs (see above). Your cheque must be made out in UK Pounds Sterling. Send a note of your order, your name, address, phone number and email address, and your cheque, to:

By Paypal
We can send you a Paypal money request. Please email us with your Paypal email address, your order, your name, address and phone number. You will then receive an email telling you how to pay.

Caring for your jewellery
Jewellery can be fragile so always keep it in the box when you're not wearing it.
Don't wear perfume on your neck with a necklace, or on your wrists with a bracelet, because this will discolour any metal parts. Also, don't get your jewellery wet if you can help it!
For our real silver jewellery (silver chains on name necklaces, the silver shoes and silver shooting stars collections), you can keep the silver shiny by using a silver dip. This is available at most large supermarkets. Clean the silver little and regularly to keep things sparkly!
We can usually replace discoloured chains for a small charge, just contact us.

Returns - online purchases
We will refund or exchange unworn items returned in the same condition as they were sent within 28 days of delivery, except for postage costs. We cannot refund or exchange earrings, for hygiene reasons, or name necklaces, because these are personalised. So please choose carefully before you order these!
We will refund or exchange any faulty item within 28 days of delivery, including postage costs. Send the item, your receipt and your full contact details to 7 Gibraltar Walk, London, E2 7LH.
After 28 days, if an item is faulty and you return it to us within 6 months, we will offer you a repair or, if we can't repair it, a replacement. If the item is not in stock we will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund (if you have had significant wear from the item, this may be for less than the original price).
If you are returning something to us please wrap it carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed padded envelope.

Oops, broken something? We make a small charge for any repairs (usually just a few pounds), plus postage costs. Please email us at care@tattydevine.com, or phone us on 020 7739 9009, to find out if we can fix it, then send the broken item to 7 Gibraltar Walk, London, E2 7LH with a note of your name, address and phone number. You can pay by cheque, made payable to Tatty Devine Ltd, or we can phone you for your card details.
If you are returning something to us please wrap it carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed padded envelope.
