Things you need to know
It takes two weeks for us to make your name necklace. It is designed, lasercut, and finished by hand in our London workshop.

Name Necklaces can’t be returned because they are custom made, so please choose carefully, and contact us with any questions before ordering.
Your Name Necklace will arrive in a Tatty Devine jewellery box ready to give as a gift, wrapped in Tatty Devine tissue paper.
Your Name Necklace is made from perspex, a special type of hard plastic.
The chain on your necklace will be 43cm long. If you need a longer or shorter chain, please ask for this in the comments box when you check out.
The first letter of your necklace will be a capital letter. After the first letter, we make it as you type it.
For big necklaces we enlarge your name up to a max of 3cm high or 11cm wide. Billboard and Bloody lettering make for the biggest necklaces.
We can make the charm on your necklace a different colour. Please ask for this in the comments box when you check out.
Do you need extra help designing a special necklace? Just contact us. We can include numbers, unusual letters, punctuation, make long words or create two-word necklaces. Be inspired by photos of our Name Necklaces below.
Jewellery can be fragile so always store and transport your Name Necklace in its box.
Take good care of your Name Necklace – try not to crush it when you’re wearing it.
Keep water, perfume and other sprays and lotions away from your Name Necklace.
If you wear your necklace every day over a long period of time, or it comes into contact with moisture, it's possible for the chain to become tarnished. Don't fret, though - we are always happy to replace your chain to refresh your necklace.
