The design of the five ovals on this elegant necklace are inspired by the oval seed pods of the honesty plant. They're made from frosted clear perspex etched with the pattern of seeds that are visible through the plant's paperthin seed pods. The ovals are linked in a stem pattern, designed to fall into a pretty cluster when worn. There's another inspiration for this, too. Drawing on the plant world is a hallmark of classic 1950s textiles, so if your autumn/winter wardrobe is inspired by heritage fabrics and shows like The Hour, this will provide the authentic finishing touch.
