In olden times, Irish guys didn't just rely on their pretty accents to woo us. They used their design skills, too. Ladies were often courted with love tokens like the Claddagh ring. This included a heart to symbolise love, and a crown meaning loyalty. The name 'Claddagh' comes from the village where it all started. The jewellery was worn to signify whether you were in love, and you have to agree - it's far prettier than a Facebook relationship status update.
We've redesigned this traditional token in matt gold perspex for contemporary courtship. A ruby red heart is topped with a twinkling crown. The earrings are embellished with sparkling red gems and studded with Swarovski crystals. Oh, and because you're a modern lady, you don't have to wait for an Irish chap to buy these for you, either.
