If the shoemaker and his elves were making shoes in 2011, we like to think they'd make lace ups like this. With a hint of the Edwardian, these shoes are beautifully made from dark grey pony skin, with leather soles. The shoemaker who designed these shoes, Daita Kimura of The Old Curiosity Shop, was inspired by mice. So adding a wooden Tatty Devine moustache is like putting a moustache on a mouse! We decided to work with Daita because we both make most of our products in England by hand (these shoes were made in Spain), and we both enjoy designing the unexpected. If you enjoy wearing the unexpected, wear these.
