Have a Craftivist Christmas!

Christmas just came early at Tatty Devine HQ! This beautiful parcel arrived from Craftivist Collective, who combine craft and activism to try and make a difference in the world. Inside was a copy of their amazing new book, A Little Book Of Craftivism, which has just been published by Thames & Hudson. It's full of how-tos, hints and tips for budding craftivists... We're really big fans of the Craftivists and created a fun heart design for their Valentine's project back in 2011. We even hosted a special workshop in our Covent Garden store where craft queen Sarah Corbett taught us how to make alternative Valentine's gifts that were later hidden all around London! Do you get bored by Boxing Day? There's still time to get your hands on A Little Book of Craftivism and get crafty over the holidays. Learn how to cross-stitch, create your own fabric footprints and find out all about the jam jar project...
