Meet Natasha Sidhu

Keen on cacti? Meet Natasha Sidhu! We first spotted her abundant abode on Insta...from 70's inspired furniture to carefully curated cacti - she's got interior inspo nailed! We just had to take five with Natasha for her top tips at getting your green on for the 'gram: so get ready for tropical frog talk, Dutch 'must do's for your wish list and a Cereus named Felicia...

HOME SWEET HOME

"It's no secret that I'm a jungle loving plant addict with an immense love for botanical, bohemian interiors and all things green! My jungle home is my little patch of paradise where I can escape this crazy world and immerse myself in green goodness. They say plants make people happy and I couldn't agree more! My home is bursting with flea market finds and eclectic treasures from all over the world, all given that extra jazzing thanks to my ever expanding houseplant collection."

KEW GARDENS

"I've been a huge fan of Kew since I was a little girl and with it practically on my doorstep, it's my go-to place if I want to lose myself in nature for a few hours or go off in search of some botanical inspiration. Obviously, the Prince of Wales Conservatory warms my cacti loving heart but the jungle haven of the Palm House is a very close second, with its vibrant exotic visuals and its sheer tranquility. You really will feel like you've been transported to a tropical paradise the minute you step foot inside! I'm so excited for the new Temperate House that's launching this week after 5 long years of being restored!

HORTUS BOTANICUS - AMSTERDAM

"If you follow me over on Instagram, you'll know that Amsterdam has a very special place in my heart. As one of the oldest botanical gardens in Europe, it's a MUST for all you leafy lovers. I could get lost in this plant filled paradise for hours... The pink cactus backdrop wall is iconic in itself but just getting up close and personal with all that botanical beauty is truly breathtaking. Whether you're skipping across the skyline, into the sunset or hopping over the abundance of tropical frogs, this is definitely an experience that will last a lifetime. Be sure to slip out the side door of the conservatory and you'll steal the most fabulous view of the glistening canal and wooden foot bridges nearby!"

THE PALM CENTRE - SURREY

"Tucked away in leafy Richmond is one of my favourite plant nurseries I've had the fortune to visit, so far. I've spent quite a few hours parading through the palms and cautiously cuddling the cacti, as you do (mind those spikes!)! With an array of exotic species to feast your eyes on and several bloomingly beautiful greenhouse tents, you'll be sure to find yourself fully submerged into the jungle loving lifestyle! Don't forget to visit the small shop as the back that's bursting with heavenly house plants and a delicious (free!) hot drink machine to warm up your plant loving heart. It's so easy to wile away the hours walking around there..."

COLUMBIA ROAD FLOWER MARKET - EAST LONDON

"On a sunny day in London, you'll find me strolling through the stalls of Columbia Flower Market with a smile on my face and a cactus in hand. The colourful roads are jam packed with a veritable variety of plants, live music and interesting characters... nothing beats a bustling market atmosphere! You'll find kooky little shops and delicious eateries lining the street, perfect for stopping off in when those new plants become too heavy to carry. What could be more perfect than picking up some juicy new jungle recruits, sipping on a nice cold gin and watching the world go by? Be sure to stop by my friends at London House Plants and check our their stall - it's always stacked with a paradise of plants."

OLD MARKET PLANTS - BRISTOL

"On a recent birthday weekend away, I discovered this green little gem and instantly fell in leafy love! This petite plant shop still packs a punch and it's an experience in itself to just visit and see the vast amount of greenery within! I came home with a GORGEOUS 2m twisted Cereus (she's called Felicia incase you're wondering), which now takes pride of place in my front room and always gives me happy, jungle memories! Come and explore my jungle over on instagram!"

Thanks, Natasha. Feel like you need a little more foliage in your life?
