Ahoy, there! Discover our top nautical jewellery...
It's a beautiful weekend and legendary sailing regatta Cowes Week has just begun! As yacht lovers descend on the Isle of Wight to catch all the action, we've headed into the Tatty Devine archives to pick our top nautical jewellery from the past fifteen years. Did your favourite pieces make the cut? Find out now... Our very first nod to seafaring style appeared in Spring Summer 2004. This cute little Sailor Boy Brooch was hand etched and painted and made in very limited numbers. Have you got him in your collection? Every sailor needs an anchor and we created a stylish wooden version the very next year in our Autumn Winter 2004 collection!

Our iconic Lobster Necklace first made its appearance in Autumn Winter 2004 alongside hand knitted lobster mittens and scarves and has remained a fan favourite ever since.

Things took a rather swashbuckling turn in our Spring Summer 2006 collection. A buccaneer's cutlass was transformed into shining mirror Perspex necklaces, brooches and earrings. Those ruby red crystals? Blood, of course!

Inspired by Swallows and Amazons, we hand rigged a mini fleet of Sailing Boats in classic red, white and blue leather and birch wood.

We even discovered the legendary Devine Octopus! This stylish cephalopod came in fluoro green and glossy black Perspex, complete with hand inked suckers and an inquisitive inlaid eye...

It wasn't the last time that sea life made a splash as Tatty Devine jewellery. Our Spring Summer 2009 collection re-imagined Rosie and Harriet's favourite creatures as cute wooden accessories. This happy little Whale Pendant was laser cut in walnut wood and finished with a spouting splash of water and rolling waves.

Grab your bucket, we're going crabbing! We immortalised a classic British holiday past time as an intricately laser cut brooch with tactile red formica detailing. Our Spring Summer 2009 collection paid tribute to our East End stamping ground, with pearly button embellished Perspex. The designs on pearlies' coats have special significance and our intricate detailed Anchor Brooch symbolised hope. They might try and steal your chips in real life, but seagulls became romantic jewellery in Spring Summer 2010. Clutching miniature hearts in their beaks, each necklace promised a love story just waiting to begin.     In 2011, we teamed up with avant garde designers Rodnik Band to create show stopping accessories for their London Fashion Week presentation. Shark Headband, anyone?   Earlier this year, we were very excited to create an exclusive jewellery range with Barbican to celebrate The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier exhibition. Et voila, the Breton Anchor Necklace was born! Digitally printed with navy stripes, it's a must have for any wannabe sailor. Which is your favourite piece? Tell us in the comments below!
