Feeling inspired to get out and about by April’s #MyTattyDevine Challenge? Well why not make the most of the last weekend before pubs open (and we’re all back to being hungover again). Play with perspective and create your own sculpture, or go and find a Morag Installation near you!
Need some inspiration? Why not try and find a Morag Myerscough installation near you! Here is our handy guide to art hangs:
Going for a stroll around Central London? Make your way to Grosvenor Square to check out “SEE THROUGH”. Whilst there why not explore the rest of the Wander Art Trail all around Mayfair and Belgravia.
One for the East Londoners, head to Drysdale Place N1 6LS to see Morag's 'SUPERHEROES' mural on the side of her own studio space, in homage to the wonderful work of frontline working during the pandemic.
Power walk through Battersea, and go via the Power Station to be welcomed to the area by Morag’s bridge brilliance! Fun fact: 'POWER' was Morag’s first permanent outside public art installation situated next to the river Thames London.
In Paris TODAY? Quick as this one is only around for one more day... Make sure you check out “A NEW NOW”, the inspiration behind our NEW NOW Necklace. This positive and colourful response to the pandemic can be found by Paris' Saint-Merry church.
Another one to see by the River Thames in London, this time head to
Greenwich Peninsula for 'SIBLINGS'. Morag built on her narrative of re-imagining functional spaces and structures, celebrating them through bold pattern and colour. Again, there's a few more wonderful sculptures in the area to explore and why not hop on the Thames Clipper to Westminster afterwards to head to 'SEE THROUGH' in Grosvenor Square in the same day?
Next we're heading to the other side of the world - Western Australia!
This artwork can be seen in Fremantle, Perth and articulates in a simple phrase TOGETHER - representing the complexity and joy of everybody living together; in cities, countries and the world.
Wow, we can’t wait to get out and see all these sights!
