Cartoon Eye Pair of Rings and fell in love with the pop art effect. We couldn't believe our luck when we found out that Nancy is a die hard Tatty Devine fan!

Bunting Necklace. Want to recreate this classic red, white and blue bunting design? Use a thin striper brush to paint the triangles for your bunting before carefully outlining them with a nail art pen."
