We hope you love our jewellery as much as we do but if for any reason you're not happy, you're welcome to return your purchase within 28 days of receipt.

We've made it easy peasy, lemon squeezy for you! Simply complete your returns form and drop off at your nearest post office using the Royal Mail Free Post Returns label. Just like that!

Remember, we can only accept items which are unworn and in their original packaging. We can't accept returns on earrings (for hygiene reasons) or personalised jewellery, so choose wisely when picking your partner's pet name/favourite food/misheard movie mantra. We could go on....!
