Yep, no more missed deliveries or smuggling surprises down the front hall: HubBox is here! Now you can collect your Tatty Devine orders from over 6,000 HubBox Click and Collect points across the UK. That's pretty, pretty, pretty good, right?

HubBox in a nutshell...

HubBox is a Click & Collect service that allows our UK customers to pick up orders from 6,000 pre-approved and trusted UK pick up points. See your nearest location HERE.

How do I use it?

Just select Click & Collect on the checkout page, enter your postcode and select the preferred location. Your order will be sent there for you to pick up within 7 days of delivery. 

Then what happens?

You will receive order confirmations from both Tatty Devine and HubBox. You will then receive an email from HubBox to let you know when your order has arrived at your selected location. Most locations are retailers with early 'til late opening hours but the opening hours will be shown to you before selection in order for you to choose the most convenient option for you!

How much is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is the same price as our normal shipping rates.
