Online Sample Sale: 101

Not-so-patiently waiting for the Tatty Devine Online Sample Sale? Us too! Hitting your screens this Friday 26th May at 12:30 pm BST, expect to find plenty of samples, seconds and one-offs up for grabs!

If you’re just ready and raring to go, here is the lowdown on how the day will go with some top tips on how to make your sample sale shopping experience the best ever…

• No need to book the day off work or spend the whole Online Sample Sale day behind your screen... We’ll be releasing all products in ONE DROP at 12:30 pm on Friday 26th May. Part of our Collectors Coven? Keep your eyes on your email for that early access link at 12 pm! 

• Make sure you’re already logged into your Tatty Devine account and that you’ve updated your address and payment information for a speedy checkout process.

• You’ve got until 12 pm on Tuesday 30th May to shop until you drop, after then all Sample Sale products will be taken off the site.

• On the hunt for one-offs and special items? Head to our jewellery filters for super easy shopping: simply click collection and find your chosen category in the drop-down menu!

• Don’t break the bank - or do! You can use our price filters to keep Online Sample Sale shopping in your budget… Super handy for finding presents under £10 or splurging on that wishlist piece.

• We expect a lot of traffic on the day so don’t leave things in your basket for too long as someone else may snap it up. If any items disappear from your basket, then they have been sold.

• Don’t worry we will individually box each product so no tangled chains.

• Accidentally ordered one too many parakeets? Although we are accepting returns, our customer care team will be on hand on Friday 26th and Tuesday 30th May via email (care@tattydevine.com) to cancel any accidental orders.

• Heads up! All orders will be shipped separately so we are unable to combine purchases or offer postage refunds but don’t forget, orders over £60 qualify for free UK standard delivery.

• We’re expecting a high volume of orders over the bank holiday weekend and after Sample Sale so your order may take a little longer than usual to be dispatched - please bare with us!
