Tatty Devine at London Fashion Week: 10 Years On

Ever wished for Tatty Devine designs in your wardrobe, not just your jewellery box? So have we! Back in 2003, we showcased our A/W03 clothing collection, Unreal Life, at London Fashion Week's coolest offshoot, Fashion East alongside two other young designers, Jonathan Saunders and Roksanda Ilincic...

Inspired by woodland nymphs and poppy graphics, the collection featured mini dresses appliqued with wooden toadstools, holographic glitter balls and screenprinted cartoon eyes. Join us as we take a trip back in time to 2003. Explore backstage, pick your favourite designs and sit front row at the show.

You don't normally see accessories like these so far from Lothlórien! All sixteen models walked the catwalk wearing prosthetic pixie ears, with some sporting layered foliage eyebrows in autumnal colours:

We know what you're thinking... where's the jewellery?! It wouldn't be a Tatty Devine collection without our lovingly laser cut accessories: peep this pop art brooch, the perfect partner to a graphic newspaper print dress. Get the look with our personalised Speech Bubble Necklace and sneak a little inspo from our Speech Bubble Pinterest board here!

As the lights dimmed, our elfin models took to the catwalk to showcase this mystical collection. First up: our toad-ally cute toadstool cape, complete with miniature painted wooden brooches.

My, my, my: it's macrame! This tactile dress reminds us of the limited edition Symmography Owl Necklace from our NEW Everything Is Everything collection:

We like big buttons and bows and no, we cannot lie!

Ma'am, is that a moth-patterned mini dress we spy?

Ta-da! Our resident creative sprites and Co-Founders, Rosie and Harriet take a well-earned break to celebrate the show's success...

Love Harriet's handmade owl jumper and Crisp Necklace combo? Here's a closer look at that cosy lil' number, complete with mixed fabric details and an embroidered Tatty Devine label!

Fallen in love with our A/W03 collection? Don't forget to pick up a copy of Misshapes, our NEW book that lovingly details the last 20 years of Tatty Devine and make sure to catch our Crafts Council touring exhibition, Misshapes: The Making of Tatty Devine as it heads across the country. You might even spot a couple of looks from Unreal Life...
