Team Tatty's Showstoppers

It's here! Finals day for The Great British Bake Off 2015 has arrived.

As the weeks have passed by, we've watched tricky technical challenges (mokatines anyone?) enjoyed so many colourful creations (we loved Nadiya's fabulous peacock) and cakes that frankly left us speechless - what a well! As we bid a fond farewell to puns, praline and Paul's put downs, we've pulled together the best of our very own showstoppers to stop you sobbing into your swiss roll.

Here at Team Tatty we're a talented bunch of star bakers. Over the years we've made a stunning selection of edible delights, from crazy eyed cupcakes to bakes inspired by our own jewellery. We love a bit of novelty icing too - check out our cactus, Minions and globe designs.

Last year we celebrated our 15th birthday, so for our special photoshoot we asked baking queen, Susan of Smash Bang Dollop, to make our dreams come true with a colourful rainbow cake complete with Italian meringue frosting. Yum!

And now for the biggest showstopper of them all...

 Back in 2009, Selfridges asked us to design and create a very special cake for their 100th birthday. We went all out on this design; laser cutting heart detailed cake boards in Selfridges' iconic yellow and black, decorating the three tiers with icing, ribbons, cupids, musical notes, glossy red lips, glitter stars, flowers and silver mirror horses - phew!
