**A word about Royal Mail Postal Strikes**
Placing a UK order? Please note, Royal Mail strikes are likely to impact our deliveries and you may experience a small delay. We'll get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, but around strike dates, Next-Day Delivery may take a little longer than usual. Please bear this in mind, especially if you need your items for a specific date. Thanks for your understanding, Team Tatty xxx
We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually between 1 to 2 working days of receiving it, except personalised necklaces which can take up to 5 working days to be made, unless Express Delivery is selected at checkout.
All tracked orders will require a signature and you will receive your tracking number in the order despatch email. All orders are shipped by Royal Mail.

Based on the country you are ordering from, you will be presented with both a standard and express tracked service to choose from at checkout.
Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, all prices will include any local taxes or import duties once you have input your delivery name, address and telephone number.
We hope you love our jewellery as much as we do! But if for any reason you are not happy, you're welcome to return your purchase. All orders are required to be returned within 28 days of receipt.
Remember, we only accept returned items which are unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we say "NO!" to you sending back earrings. Our Original Name Necklace and Speech Bubble Necklaces are also return no-no's.
Unfortunately, we can only process returns on products purchased under a 3 for 2 offer if all 3 products are returned to us. The wanted items can then be repurchased at full price.
We have made it easy peasy lemon squeezy for you! Just complete your returns form and drop off at your nearest post office using the Royal Mail free post returns label.
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer free returns for our International customers (all addresses outside of the UK) so you will be responsible for posting back to the address on the returns form. To soften the blow, we will refund you standard postage costs when processing your refund. For example, if you selected express delivery, you will only be refunded the standard cost.
We do offer a returns service which you are welcome to use to post your items back to us, this will generate a prepaid shipping label via DHL to print at home. The cost of the return will be shown in the Returns Portal, however you will not be charged at the point of creating the return label. Once the order is returned, the prepaid return costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Click here to see how much this will cost you.
We only process orders and refunds Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) to allow our fantastic Care Team to enjoy their weekend!
