CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 you have the right to cancel your contract/order with us up to 14 days after receipt of your delivery. This right does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons, or Name Necklaces or Speech Bubble Necklaces because these are custom made and personalised. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund for the price paid for the items plus standard delivery costs but this will exclude the cost of the return of the items to Tatty Devine. If you selected an enhanced delivery method (eg, Next Day), you will be refunded the cost of standard delivery. Should you choose to only partially cancel your order, and keep some items, then the original standard delivery cost will not be refunded to you.
If you wish to cancel your order, please provide us with notice in writing either by post (Customer Care, Tatty Devine, Unit 9 Hopewell Business Centre, 105 Hopewell Drive, Chatham, ME5 7DX) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). This must be completed within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. All cancelled products must be returned to us within 14 days of your notification to cancel, upon receipt of which we will issue the refund. All refunds will be issued by the same method that the original payment was taken and within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

Tatty Devine may change these terms from time to time without prior notice and changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Most workshops are suitable for beginners, however please check the information section before booking. If in doubt please contact us to find out more.
Please wear flat, closed-toe shoes.
The minimum age to attend a workshop is 12 years old. If you are under 16 you will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult who has also booked a ticket.
All workshop tickets and booking fees are non-refundable and we are unable to transfer tickets to an alternative date.
In the unlikely occasion that we need to cancel a workshop, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund. We’ll always give you as much notice as we can, but we can’t be held responsible for any pre-booked travel and accommodation.
15% discount is valid on full price items only with a minimum spend of £50. Discount is valid in store and on the day of your party only. This promotion is discretionary and can be withdrawn at any time.

Jewellery Making Parties
Our Original and Devine jewellery making parties can be booked for a minimum of 8 and maximum of 12 people.
All workshop T&Cs listed above also apply to our jewellery making parties.
One adult must be present for every four children (aged 16 years and under), with a maximum of 12 people in total.
Parties take place in the workshop space of our Brick Lane store and may be during store opening hours.
You must book at least 3 weeks in advance and pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your party.
For Devine parties, the host will receive one complimentary Name Necklace up to the value of £37.50 and this must be ordered 2 weeks before your party.
