2014 - WHAT A YEAR IT'S BEEN!

2014: the year we turned 15!

And what a year it's been - we celebrated a BIG birthday, collaborated with some inspiring designers and cultural spaces, hosted tons of exciting events (including our highest ever workshop) plus got to meet lots of you!

Here's a look back at some of our highlights and favourite moments...

The biggest highlight of the year was turning 15 years old! We brought back 15 iconic pieces from our archive (one for each year) to make up our 15th Birthday Collection, including the Banana Necklace as voted for by you. We launched the collection at Southbank, with a month-long residency in Royal Festival Hall, where many of you visited our pop up shop and personalised your own Charm Necklaces with Swarovski crystals!

Back in April we revealed a limited edition collection in celebration of The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier at Barbican - ooh la la! In June we also launched a collection with London Transport Museum for the Year of the Bus, and even boarded our very own vintage AEC Merlin bus for an extra special jewellery making workshop. We teamed up with Kit Neale to create a family of Little Monsters - you may have seen them getting up to mischief here! Recently we created jewellery for SIBLING's Spring/ Summer 2015 'Holiday Celebrate' collection, which was shown at London Fashion Week. Keep a look out for the launch in late January! Our last collaboration of the year was with Turner Prize winning artist, Jeremy Deller, to celebrate his latest curated exhibition, 'Love is Enough', at the Modern Art Oxford.

We had so much fun meeting lots of you at workshops and events in  our Brick Lane store, Museum of London, Girl Effect Live, Southbank pop up, Year of the Bus Cavalcade, pop up shop in TokyoThe Ashmolean Musuem in Oxford, plus a lucky few of you at the top of The Shard!

Over the year some celebrities have sported our jewellery, including Alexa Chung in our Lobster Necklace, Foxes in our Eyelash Sunglasses, Lily Allen in a personalised Beyoncé Name Necklace, plus Kylie Minogue stole the show by making our Giant Lobster Necklace her unofficial tour mascot, Bruce!

Phew, well there you have it! It's been a great year, and we couldn't have done it without you. Do you have any special Tatty Devine memories and highlights from 2014? Let us know by sending us a tweet or leaving us a comment on Facebook.

WISHING YOU A HAPPY 2015! Love Harriet, Rosie and Team Tatty.
