Tatty Devine goes to the roller derby!

Oh my! We had a lot of fun on Saturday at the London Rollergirls Grand Slam event. We're sponsoring the girls and for some of us it was the first time we'd been to a roller derby - and we'll definitely be going again! The teams speed around the rink in a pack, with a 'jammer' girl on each team trying to break through the pack to score points. There's a lot of pushing and shoving and tactical manouvering, and that's not to mention the amazing customised outfits, tattoos, warpaint make-up and kick ass rollerboots, all happening to a soundtrack of Ziggy Stardust and La Tigre. A big well done to Suffra Jets who were crowned the season's champions!
