We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually between 1 to 2 working days of receiving it, except personalised necklaces which can take up to 5 working days to be made, unless Express Delivery is selected at checkout. However to ensure the safety of our staff during the coronavirus pandemic this service may take longer than expected. All tracked orders will require a signature and you will receive your tracking number in the order despatch email. All orders are shipped by Royal Mail. We offer a Click & Collect service to UK customers - tracked orders using this will be signed for at your chosen collection point.

UK Standard Delivery - Untracked - £2.95/£3.95 (weight dependent) - Estimated 3 to 5 working days (FREE on orders over £50)
UK Next Working Delivery - Tracked - £5.95 to £30 (weight dependent) - Order before 1pm, guaranteed delivery before 4pm the next working day.
Europe Standard Delivery - Tracked - £6.95 to £15.95 (weight dependent) - 3 to 7 working days
Worldwide Standard Delivery - Tracked - £9.95 to £20.95 (weight dependent) - 10 to 15 working days

We hope you love our jewellery as much as we do! But if for any reason you are not happy, you're welcome to return your purchase. All orders are required to be returned within 28 days of receipt.


Buying Christmas gifts? We want to offer you peace of mind just in case your choice turns out to be unsuitable! Any purchase placed between 1st November and 23rd December is protected with an extended returns window ending on 20th January.


We have made it easy peasy lemon squeezy for you! Just complete your returns form and drop off at your nearest post office using the Royal Mail free post returns label.

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have a free post label for our International customers (all addresses outside the UK) so you will be responsible for posting back to the address on the returns form. To soften the blow, we will refund you the original postage costs when processing your refund!

Remember, we only accept returned items which are unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we say "NO!" to you sending back earrings. For obvious reasons our Original Name Necklace and Speech Bubble Necklaces are also return no-no's (we can't re-sell a custom made necklace that spells out the pet name of your recently ditched other half we're afraid!). 

Unfortunately, we can only process returns on products purchased under a 3 for 2 offer if all 3 products are returned to us. The wanted items can then be repurchased at full price.  


 We only process orders and refunds Monday-Friday to allow our fantastic Care Team to enjoy their weekend!
