Description

Accessories to feel good in, pop on the SMILE Necklace. Designed with Morag Myerscough this everyday cheerful necklace was inspired by her community-led installation in Blackpool facilitated by socially engaged charity LeftCoast. Digitally printed and laser cut from birch plywood, the artist’s instantly recognisable 3D lettering comes to life in cobalt blue and sunshine yellow. Suspended from an adjustable silver-plated chain, complete with an official tag: this pendant pops over simple graphic tees to colour-splashed shirts.

£3 per necklace sold is donated to support the work of LeftCoast, who have been co-producing ambitious and transformative experiences with neighbourhood communities across Blackpool since 2013.

Collection: Tatty Devine X Morag Myerscough
Dimensions
Smile design measures approximately 1.5 cm high by 5.5 cm wide. Total length adjustable between 50 cm and 55 cm.
Care

Keep water, perfume and other sprays and lotions away from your jewellery, as moisture can discolour metal parts. Always store and transport your jewellery in its box. For more information visit our dedicated Jewellery Care & Repair page.

Packaging
All Tatty Devine jewellery boxes are fully recyclable! Manufactured using eco-friendly, organic and Fairtrade® materials, the recycled cardboard is produced via responsible forestry means, using water-based glue. Each black foam insert is sustainably made including the use of tall oil, a natural by-product derived from wooden pulp production, which is 100% free from crude oil.

LOVE LETTERS

Morag Myerscough for 2024 Paris Olympics & Paralympics

“Love Letters is all about the community in La Courneuve… and they are hosting some of the Olympics. We wanted to show how strong this community is so we did lots of workshops with words and patterns and the words on the jewellery came from those.” - Morag Myerscough on LOVE LETTERS
