We hope you’re happy with your Tatty Devine purchase. However, if you change your mind simply send your items back to us within 28 days and choose a refund or exchange. Remember to drop us a line at care@tattydevine.com to let us know to expect it and include a note with your contact details, order number and the reason for your return. The items must be unworn, in their original packaging and wrapped carefully so they don’t get damaged on their journey. We recommend you send your item using a tracked service to:

Returns and exchanges can take up to 7 working days to complete.

Faulty?

We make all of our jewellery by hand and check every piece carefully. However, if a fault does arise, we want to put it right. If we can’t replace the item we will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund.

Just send the faulty item back to us using a tracked service and we’ll be happy to refund your postage costs. Please wrap the item carefully to avoid any further damage and don’t forget to include a note with your contact details and order number.

If it’s been more than 3 months since you purchased your item, we’ll need some more information from you, so please contact us before sending anything back to us.

Broken?

Don’t worry, we might be able to fix it. Follow these 3 easy steps to find out if we can repair your jewellery.

1. Email us at care@tattydevine.com attaching a clear photo of your broken jewellery.

2. Include in your email the date it was purchased, along with your order number.

3. Finally don’t forget to include a clear description of how your jewellery was broken.

Once we’ve received your email, we’ll review all of the information and get back to within 2 working days to let you know if we can repair it.

If repairing the jewellery is possible, we’ll need you to package it up carefully, pop in a note with your contact details and send it to:

When your jewellery arrives we’ll get in touch to take any repair payment. Your jewellery will then be given to our Production Team to work their magic. Please allow up to 15 working days for your repair.

I've changed my mind about an item I bought online. Can I return it?

Yes, so long as it is unworn you can return your item within 28 days, and choose from a refund or exchange. You can't return earrings for hygiene reasons, or Name Necklaces/Speech Bubble Necklaces because these are custom made. So please choose carefully and Contact Us if you are unsure about anything before placing an order.

Please return your jewellery in it's box, package it carefully and get a proof of postage. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service, as we can't be responsible for anything getting lost or damaged in the post.

I've changed my mind about an item I bought in-store. Can I return it?

Yes, so long as it is unworn and you can provide proof of purchase, you can return your item in-store within 14 days. For any returns within 28 days of purchase, upon proof of purchase we can offer an exchange or credit note. You can't return earrings for hygiene reasons, or Name Necklaces/Speech Bubble Necklaces because these are personalised, so please choose carefully.

I bought an item online. Can I return it to a Tatty Devine store?

Sadly we can't process returns for online orders in our stores. However we would be happy to offer you an exchange for a different item at the same value.

I'm expecting a refund but it hasn't appeared in my bank account.

It can take 5-10 working days for any refund to appear in your account. Please Contact Us if your refund has not appeared after this time is up.
