Payment Terms

Payment terms for new business customer accounts will be confirmed as either pro-forma or 30 days following our account review. 

We ask all business customers to adhere to the recommended retail price (RRP) and not discount our Classic collection. 

Please do not sell Tatty Devine products on third-party online platforms (e.g. eBay, Amazon) without our prior permission.

We work to a 6 week turnaround from order confirmation to dispatch.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as direct bank payments. 

All prices are listed in GBP (£). International payments are welcome.

The customer must cover any bank charges or currency-handling fees, and we must receive the full invoiced amount.

Returns
A Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA) is available on request, subject to our approval and a small restocking fee. Just contact us for further details.
