All tracked parcels require a signature on delivery. If you’ve chosen this option, once your order has been tracked, we'll email you a tracking number. If you've created an account, you'll also find your tracking number in My Account. You can enter your tracking number at royalmail.com to track your parcel. International Parcels can usually be tracked through your country’s main postal service once they have left the UK.

Can you deliver to my work or another address?
Yes, we can deliver to any address except for PO boxes.
How long will my Name Necklace take to arrive?
It takes 7 working days for your Name Necklace to be designed and made. Then we dispatch it using your chosen delivery option. If you need it quickly choose the Express option on the Name Necklace page.
Has my order been dispatched?
If you've created an account with us, you can check the progress of your orders in My Account. We'll also send you an email on the day your order is dispatched, so you know it's on its way.
My order hasn't arrived.
Please check the estimated time for your chosen delivery option in the table above. If your order has not arrived in time please Contact Us. If you've created an account and chosen a tracked delivery option, you can find your Royal Mail tracking number in My Account. Enter this at royalmail.com to track your parcel.
I've not received the right item.
Occasionally mistakes can happen. If you haven’t received the right item please Contact Us, and we'll ask you to post the item back. We will send you the correct item and refund your return delivery costs.
I've not received everything I ordered.
Please Contact Us, and we'll send any missing items by Next Day delivery.
