Make Do And Mend, Tatty Devine style!

We had a brilliant time at the Museum of London on Saturday, doing a Make Do And Mend workshop, Tatty Devine style! Some of our jewellery is on permanent display in the museum, so we were delighted to be asked to do the workshop. The day started with Tatty Devine designer Harriet Vine giving a talk about the company, ideas and techniques for creating jewellery and customising clothes, and how to find materials and inspiration for Make Do And Mend style jewellery: Tatty Devine at Museum of London - Make Do And Mend Then we set up all our tools... Tatty Devine at Museum of London - Make Do And Mend We brought along lots of bits and pieces from the Tatty Devine studio for customising and creating jewellery. We also spent the weeks before the workshop scouring our favourite markets for cool trinkets and chains, so we had plenty of vintage jewellery and odd bits and bobs to start the embellishing and adorning!
